Slightly surprised that this was promoted when the list of honorary degree recipients is not at all "comprehensive": it does not state what the recipients are/were known for. This information was previously in the list, but was commented out, pending further work, when I pointed out it was unreferenced. No further work was done on this for more than a week, despite the nominator saying he'd work on it - and then it gets promoted? I wasn't able to find a reference for what every honorary degree recipient was known for. Despite that, I didn't want to remove the entire list as it used a reliable source for the entire list, so I decided to keep it like how it was shown in the reference—with their name, degree, and date.
