As I remarked on the review, the article is significantly changed since the last FAR, beginning in August 2008.

• 21 August 2008. Cell membrane section simplified.
• 23 August 2008. Some material in "Ions and the forces..." replaced by a textbook style example, with loss of sources.
• 23 August 2008 continued. Some rewording and addition of a small amount of unsourced material. Removal of a sourced paragraph.
• 23 August 2008 continued. New unsourced Membrane Potential subsection (and some minor edits).
• 23 August 2008 final. Reworking of segment with loss of citations.
• 24 August 2008. One diff reorganization of sections.
• 30 August 2008. Minor edits, and improvements, plus expansion of Plant action potentials.
• 31 August 2008. One diff reorganization.
• 29 September 2008. Minor edits and improvements.
• 1 October 2008. One diff lead rewrite.
• 16 December 2008. Minor edits.
• 24 December 2008. Unsourced IP edits.
• 7 January 2009. More IP (then registered) edits, with some unsourced content moved to talk.
• 9 June 2009! Minor changes and improvements.
• 28 July 2009. Lead rewrite.
• 28 July 2009 continued. One diff moving most of lead to overview section.
• 28 September 2009. Minor edits and addition of sourced paragraph.
• 25 October 2009. Minor edits and another sourced paragraph.
• 5 January 2010. Minor edits.
• 20 February 2010. Minor edits.
