Mike, I don't think it's a good idea to mention Commons without context. We encourage freely licensed image submissions from those with a COI or even promotional intent on Commons (and even here). The issues there are completely different from here. Gigs (talk) 15:38, 27 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You are probably right. But I do think it is important to point out that at least one project opted for a no disclosure policy (regardless of rationale) in the face of the TOU requirement to disclose.
