Help and news

A few changes made today:

I have removed the news section, as the key links here are now in the Community Bulletin Board.
Added the help section, with a *few* important links to lead users in the right direction.
Changed the color of the CBB box to the purple from the main page. In the main page redesign process, yellow was unpopular as a color choice.
Also, added the sister projects at the bottom.

Please leave feedback. Is purple a good color choice? Any ideas on what to put in the Help section? is it needed at all? --Aude (talk | contribs) 21:39, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
