I personally feel that not having a recent history of vandalism is important, as to prevent having vandalism left in the name of the Committee. So, I think that the requirements should be: at least 75 edits (that one's already there), 3 months since first edit (as opposed to one), and at least one month since having last been blocked.

Arguments Against?

Three months is too long. 75 edits is fine, but I remember having to wait for two whole months before I could join. Esperanza's minimum time is two weeks, & they have an intact reputation. Leave them as they are. Jorcoga 11:31, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

3 months is way too long. Does there even need to be a time requirement? Does there even need to be any requirements to copy and paste some text?
