"Articles listed are normally discussed for at least seven days, although they may remain listed as long as improvement have been achieved and consensus of improvement is reached."

Amended wording: "Articles are listed for at least seven days, after which the nomination may be closed; although they may remain listed for longer provided improvement is being carried out and until consensus on improvement is reached." Clarify "all users"

"Consensus to close the nomination is reached when all users involved agree that the article has been substantially improved."

Who are "all users"? And why do "all" of them have to reach agreement? WP:Consensus does not normally require 100% agreement. Indeed, 100% is rare on Wikipedia. SilkTork ^{✔Tea time} 11:43, 6 November 2012 (UTC)

Are you sure "Start your comments or recommendations by writing Comments by followed by your username, and sign them by adding TBrandley 01:28, 7 November 2012 (UTC) to the end. If you are responding to another editor, put your comment directly below theirs, making sure it is indented (using multiple *s)." is correct? I've seen many users, including myself, using just Comments without "by User" or "from User", and just letting people know that by signing at the bottom of the page.
