Upcoming Dates
[edit]- Spring Involvement Fair (Thursday, January 14 from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Ohio Union): Come see Wikipedia Connection's and others' booths at the Spring Involvement Fair! Members are welcome to join us in running our booth. See the Union website for more details.
- Wikipedia 15 Celebration (Friday, January 15 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at 18th Avenue Library Room 090): Wikipedia turns 15 on January 15th! Come celebrate with us. Cake, snacks, and goodies will be provided. We'll have an overview of Wikipedia in 2015, what's going on with Wikipedia Connection in 2016, and socialize over a couple games of 'The Game About Wikipedia'. Be sure to join our Facebook event!
- First Weekly Workshop (Wednesday, January 20 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Thompson Library Room 057): Our first weekly workshop begins next week! Join us to discuss Wikipedia, learn how to edit, and start contributing.
Latest Club Updates
[edit]- Welcome to the new year and the new semester! It looks like it's finally winter in Columbus. Stay warm!
- We have a public Google Calendar available with our upcoming events. Check it our here.
- Our grant request is close to being finalized and accepted for our 2016 activities.
- We've got a lot planned for this semester. Here are some of the events to look forward to:
- Student Involvement Fair on January 14 (see details above).
- Wikipedia 15 Celebration on January 15 (see details above).
- Weekly workshops, as we had last semester. More details to come soon.
- An Art+Feminism Edit-a-thon on Saturday, March 5.
- Collaboration with University departments and libraries to improve Wikipedia.

- Our Spring 2016 Course Page is now active. Members can join the course to track each others' edits and see the progress we make.
