The main objective of this basic writing class is to prepare students for ENGL 1106, the first in the required sequence of courses at UNH. You might think of this course as 1106, but taught at a much slower pace. Students should leave the course knowing what is expected of academic writing and prepared to continue developing their writing skills in the next course.
