The study of women and gender minorities in politics is growing but the biographical content written about current elected politicians who are women or gender minorities appears to be quite limited. One of the assignments in this course will be to choose an elected legislator in Canada who identifies as a woman or gender minority and contribute to the
biography of the politician on Wikipedia.
