In this course we explore the form and function of freshwater systems, the ecological roles of major groups of freshwater organisms, and relevant environmental issues. By engaging in the Wikipedia assignment, students will expand an article about a freshwater system, organism, scientist, or environmental issue that sparks their curiosity. This will help students develop their information literacy and communication skills.
