This is an independent study and the second part of a course that was already completed. My student already participated in a class called Ancient Egyptian Expeditions, their Mines, and their Slaves in Spring. In the class, we examined the primary data of the archaeological site of Wadi el-Hudi (where I work). The students read all of the publications, archaeological parallels, theory, and examined primary data. They discussed and debated. This outstanding student then signed up to do an independent study on Wadi el-Hudi. Her main project is to synthesize all of the materials and sources that she's examined and write a new, detailed entry for Wadi el-Hudi. This might also require small articles on parallel archaeological sites like Hisnein East, Hisnein West, Dihmit South, and Dihmit North. It might also include new sub articles about parts of Wadi el-Hudi (it's a huge region) or people who have worked there.
