Appearance
I've completed a wiki page on this game and tried to follow the guidelines outlined on the group page. Looking for peer rating on said wiki page please. Aspect Of Shadows 03:25, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
Good article for a start class one.
- The introduction is too short compared to the rest of the article.
- The article needs copy-editing for grammar and correct sentences.
- The infobox needs references, and a better picture. (use one from the article?)
- Several words (notably, 'mech') are linked every time they appear.
- The second paragraph of the first section is incomprehensible to those who are into the genre.
- All of those game modes have their own article. Link to it, and make it just a sort sentence, not a list like it is now.
- The rest of the article is a game manual. It's just a huge list of things that are in the game, but just those that are notable should be on Wikipedia. See games like Half-Life's gameplay section on how to briefly address things like units and weapons. Again, this list should not be on Wikipedia, not even in a separate article.
- The trivia section should be deleted as the only thing it contains at the moment is not worth noting.
- The reviews section is biased towards positive. There is no such thing as 'mostly positive' reviews if the major reviewers (Gamespy, Gamespot, IGN, PC Gamer) haven't reviewed the game. Cite short sections of some reviews to illustrate several points of criticism, but don't give an overall judgement unless a lot more reviews are found.
- Check some of the featured games out there for a Development section - this article needs one.
- It isn't clear that this is a download only game outside of Europe, and as a European regular in game stores, I haven't seen it in there either. Note that in the introduction. Because of this, you'll also have to assert that this game complies with WP:N. If you don't get more reviews, or other signs that this game is notable, it might get nominated for deletion.
