The railroad of Waupaca – Green Bay Railway, hereinafter called the carrier, is a single-track standard-gauge steam railroad, located in the central part of Wisconsin. The owned mileage extends northerly from Waupaca to Scandinavia, Wis., a distance of 9.727 miles. The carrier also owns yard and side tracks totaling 2.026 miles. Its road thus embraces 11.753 miles of all tracks owned.
The carrier was incorporated January 14, 1907, under the general laws of the State of Wisconsin, for the purpose of constructing a line of railroad from Waupaca to Scandinavia. Its principal office is located at Green Bay, Wis. [?]
