CORPORATE HISTORY

The carrier was incorporated August 30, 1909, under general laws of Washington, to construct a railroad from Waterville to Douglas, Wash., and was organized August 31, 1909.

DEVELOPMENT OF FIXED PHYSICAL PROPERTY

The owned mileage was all acquired by construction from October 14, 1909, to August 18, 1910. Construction was by company forces and was completed and property opened for operation on August 19, 1910. The ties, rails, and other track material are loaned to carrier by Great Northern Railway Company under agreement entered into as of November 22, 1909. [?] The recorded mileage Is 5.09; the inventoried mileage, 5.092.
