On the other hand, the records reviewed do not indicate that the carrier controls any common-carrier corporation. The property of the carrier was operated from October 1, 1912, the date of its completion, to January 1, 1918, by its own organization. On the latter date its property was taken over by the United States Railroad Administration, which still operates it on date of valuation.
