Corporate history.—The carrier was incorporated on June 25, 1909, under the general laws of the State of Georgia, and has its principal office at Rome, Ga. The line from West Rome to Gore was completed and put in operation on July 1, 1910. The affairs of the carrier are now in the hands of John H. Reynolds, of Rome, one of the original incorporators, who was appointed receiver on February 28, 1911.
