The railroad of the Red River and Gulf Railroad, hereinafter called the carrier, is a single-track standard-gauge steam railroad, extending in a southwestwardly direction from Lecompte to Concrete Hill, La., a distance of 14.194 miles, with a branch line of 9.115 miles from Longleaf Junction to Bliss, La., a total of 23.309 miles of road.
