The railroad of The Montana Railroad, hereinafter called the carrier, is a single-track, standard-gage, steam railroad, located in Arkansas. The main line extends in a northerly direction from a connection with the railroad of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company at Montana, to end of track at North Spadra, a distance of 2.647 miles. The carrier also owns 0.035 mile of yard tracks and sidings. Its road thus embraces 2.682 miles of all tracks owned and used. The carrier is an industrial road controlled by the Clarksville Coal Company, one of the principal industries served.
