The Illinois Midland Railway, hereinafter called the carrier, is a corporation of the State of Illinois. It owns and operates a single-track standard-gauge steam railroad extending from Millington, Ill., to Newark, Ill., a distance of 1.962 miles. It also owns 0.274 mile of yard tracks and sidings.
