The railroad of Delray Terminal Railroad Company, hereinafter called the carrier, is a switching railroad located in the city of Detroit, Mich. The carrier owns 0.580 mile of main track and 0.666 mile of yard and side tracks, or a total of 1.246 miles of all tracks owned.

The carrier was incorporated February 7, 1905, under the general laws of the State of Michigan for the purpose of constructing and operating a railroad.
