The railroad of the Delaware Valley Railway Company, hereinafter called the carrier, is a single-track standard-gauge steam railroad, located in northeastern Pennsylvania. The main line extends northeasterly from Stroudsburg to Bushkill, a distance of 11.874 miles. The carrier also owns 0.839 mile of yard tracks and sidings. Its road thus embraces 12.713 miles of all tracks owned and used.

- DEVELOPMENT OF FIXED PHYSICAL PROPERTY
The owned mileage of the carrier, extending from Stroudsburg to Bushkill, Pa., a distance of 11.874 miles, was acquired from the Delaware Valley Rail Road Company by purchase. The records reviewed indicate that construction of the road was begun by the Delaware Valley, Hudson and Lehigh Railroad Company and was completed by the Delaware Valley Rail Road Company, but the details have not been obtained.
