Introductory

[edit]

The Addison and Susquehanna is a corporation of the State of New York, having its principal office at Buffalo, N. Y. The records reviewed state that the company was incorporated on June 21, 1898, but its books of accounts were opened as of May 20, 1898. The Addison and Susquehanna is controlled by the carrier through ownership of its entire outstanding capital stock. On the other hand, the records reviewed do not indicate that the company controls any common-carrier corporation.

The property of the Addison and Susquehanna has been operated from date of completion to date of valuation as detailed hereunder.
