Spanish politician stubs

Category:Spanish politician stubs
I'm back after a couple month hiatus, so I'm back on the grind. For this set of 700, I think the best way to sort initially is by region rather than party. Perhaps later, it could be preferred to further sort by the largest parties, in the same way as Category:Indian politician stubs, but that's a problem for later.
For now, the sort will be arranged by the 17 Autonomous communities of Spain and 2 autonomous cities; as usually, templates will be created first and only those who cross 60 will get a cat, and it's very likely that at least a few will fall short. The sort will largely follow the consensuses set with Category:Spain stubs and this CfD.
