List of flaws in the article
[edit]Very persistent dispute in cost per launch and cost in general (solution is to find reliable sources and explain the whole situation in a dedicated section)- I'm a little confused on this one. The dispute was persistent, but it was resolved over a year ago. That solution has already been implemented, it can be found at Space Launch System#Per launch costs. That section as-written was approved as acceptable by "all" "sides" of the previous RfC. This area is, though, still thorny. I don't think it should be the focus of this drive, as it is already resolved and would be difficult and time consuming to meaningfully change. (also, there are no new sources that I'm aware of that would be likely to change the outcome) Leijurv (talk) 20:52, 2 October 2021 (UTC)

Units and sourcing. The "convert" template was/has been misused. Someone might need to walk through all the sources and ensure that the convert is being done "from" the actual source value and unit, instead of being converted backwards into it. See: Talk:Space Launch System#Units. Leijurv (talk) 20:52, 2 October 2021 (UTC)- WP:PROSELINE issues. This is most severe in Space Launch System#Development history, in the subsections "Program history", "Constellation", "Early SLS", and "SLS History" (I think that "Funding history" and "Per launch costs" don't have proseline issues). #Criticism also has a bit of proseline. On the other hand, the lede, and "Vehicle description", are fine. Leijurv (talk) 20:52, 2 October 2021 (UTC)
- The above two bullets are being addressed and discussed in Talk:Space_Launch_System/GA1 instead of here. Leijurv (talk) 03:22, 6 October 2021 (UTC)
