[edit]- Improve & update coverage for general articles such as Biophysics, core articles listed at Outline of biophysics, etc
- Improve individual articles on biophysics topics
- Add more international coverage for lists of biophysicists, journals, organizations, etc - e.g. use [1] for European societies, use List of members of the National Academy of Sciences (Biophysics_and_computational_biology) (especially the redlinks), list of NAS Hollaender awards [2] and Biophysical Soc Founder's Award [3] and National Lecturers [4] for US biophysicists, similar things in other countries
- Upload biophysics-related media to Wikimedia Commons that can be used to illustrate specific articles, such as Optogenetics, and link them
- Make specific articles on biophysical results or methods more complete and up-to-date, such as adding motions to Ribosomes, adding much more on macromolecular crystallography to X-ray crystallography, adding more on the new developments in Cryo-electron microscopy
- Sort out biological crystallography from x-ray crystallography (now nearly all small-molecule), and generalize Protein crystallography to macromolecular by including nucleic acids; expand the crystal structure part of Resolution (electron density) to match the EM part
- For the whole topic of allostery, simplify & clarify language, and unify either by providing a central article (perhaps with linked child articles) or by merging the current many "Allosteric ...."
- Add macroscale subjects such as biomechanics to coverage
