Comment/data year

[edit]

In the fake table I see "data year =", but in the field explication and in the template I find "comment". Which is the correct field? (Btw, if there is some wikilink to example, it would be nice). Cate 14:14, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

- can we add a 'yield' (hl / bottles) field to the box ? Kudpung (talk) 05:28, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Coordinates?

[edit]

Would it be helpful to include geographic coordinates in this template (which would also allow the use of mediawiki mapping software), or should the coordinates appear elsewhere in the article? --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 16:24, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Total Area in miles?

[edit]

Should area be in square miles/kilometres rather than miles/kilometres?

Use with political divisions

[edit]

Is this exclusively to be used for wine regions (like AVAs) or is it appropriate for U.S. states. I am presently working on New Jersey wine and find the infobox to be rather not-functional with the content of the page...it seems to give more information on the state than on the wine production. --ColonelHenry (talk) 21:12, 26 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
