Invite templates

Invite new members! To invite a potential WP:FOOD member, go to their talk page and click "New Section". Then simply type {{subst:FD invitation}} and click "Publish changes".

Award Templates

Award Members! To give the WikiProject Food and Drink Barnstar award to a fellow member for their hard work, go to their talk page and click new section, or "+." Then type in {{subst:FD Barnstar Award}} and click "Publish changes." That's it!

Welcome templates

Welcome new members! Once a user has joined WP:FOOD, there is a template available to quickly and easily send them a welcome message. First, go to their talk page and click "New Section". Then simply type in the template ID and click "Publish changes". The appropriate message will be displayed on their page, along with your signature and timestamp and the project banner. In most cases, {{subst:FD Welcome}} is the simplest and most general form to use. It generates a message which informs new members how best to begin editing and stay informed of project updates.
