The purpose of this project is to improve/create articles for Australian cartoonists and cartoonists much of whose work is about Australia; to improve the corresponding wikidata and wikicommons by adding and annotating images of their works; to use the cartoon images to improve pages about Australian politics and events; and to write about cartooning and cartoons.
Of the associated images in Commons we hope to use at least 6% and to clearly show enwiki users where to find images of the cartoonists' works.
