Pass - I am bothered by the primary sources are unacceptable comment, as they can be used in limited circumstances. I would have been inclined to accept based on the RS coverage, but can see a decline as acceptable. ThaddeusB

Fail - I am again bothered by the comment. It is insulting the say the nominator did nothing as he should good faith efforts to meet the concerns at each step. Additionally, a NN decline is wrong - sources have been provided and do show notability. Maybe a promo decline would be OK, but it is clearly improved since the previous promo decline. ThaddeusB
