I am a big fan of Mr. Balram Iyer, thought to do it to surprise him. Since I am very new to Wikipedia, I am unaware of reliable sources. It would be helpful to determine what steps I need to take to open this page. I briefed a few points about Mr. Balram because I don't know how the Wikipedia page works. So thought to submit a draft first then once it is approved I can fill in the remaining points like DOB, Current City living, Film songs, etc. Kindly help me with this so that I will be happy to write about him and that will be a happy moment for a fan.
