I keep having my references rejected when they appear to meet the criteria as outlined in the advice for referencing. All of the references substantially reference the artist and in many cases, are solely about the artist, but yet are rejected.

I have checked other articles and the piece is purely factual and is well referenced, but yet is rejected. Why?

Why are this and this the references for the statements regarding youngest TED speaker in the article lead? They are completely unrelated to the subject at hand and to the statements they are associated with. There's also no inline citations that support the information in the "Early Life" and "Personal Life" sections. Uhai (talk · contribs) 04:59, 27 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. Saw that, for some reason the links took you somewhere else completely! I've now fixed and updated the changes. Stanleyvhayley (talk) 00:13, 28 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Stanleyvhayley: as Uhai mentions, the 'Early life' and 'Personal life' sections are completely unreferenced, as is the DOB; this is unacceptable in an article on a living person, especially a minor. There are also a few other unreferenced paragraphs, plus you're citing IMDb as a source on a couple of occasions (IMDb is user-generated, and therefore not considered reliable). -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:09, 27 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the advice! I've removed some of the items that cannot be verified, such as IMDB (although IMDB does have to have approval for production companies for credits, to my understanding), but I've removed them anyway.
I've also added my reference for the personal life information which I'd forgotten to add!
Thank you. Stanleyvhayley (talk) 00:13, 28 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Good Evening Sir/Ma'am, I was contacting you to see why my article was declined. Moreover, if you could help me solve the problem that would be very appreciated and I am listening on any action or steps I have to take. Thank you for your precious time. Annonymoustipper (talk) 23:58, 27 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Aside from the copyright violation you made when uploading a clearly copyrighted image, the entire tone of the article is promotional. His tracks have been loved by music aficionados all across the globe and have earned him uncountable views and streams across all major platform. is a prime example. Also, several of the sources are obviously from pay for coverage sites. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 00:27, 28 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
