Why you decline my article Imabhi666 (talk) 05:14, 26 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Imabhi666 - Hi, and welcome. Your draft was declined because it doesn't have any sources. Sources are essential on Wikipedia. They are how we decide if a topic is Notable and should have an article on here. And they let readers verify that what they are reading is accurate. You don't actually need many for places, but you do need a few. If you have a look at Arwal you'll see what I mean. KJP1 (talk) 05:56, 26 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Greenough Ben: if you follow that link it shows that 39% of your article tripped a tool that identifies copyright violations. Maybe you have too many pieces of your article that are word-for-word copied from other places? MatthewVanitas (talk) 03:03, 29 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,

Originally the article was rejected for not being supported by reliable sources. I made changes to address this and it has been declined again for the same reason without any further comments. I'm not sure what else I can change? From what I can tell, every source I've used can be deemed to be reliable. Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Nick

Pure discrimination!!!!

Pavlovich007 (talk) 18:24, 26 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Pavlovich007 - Hi. I can assure you it's got noting to do with discrimination, and everything to do with the fact that you're trying to write a draft biography of a living person (BLP) without any inline sourcing. Have a look at Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons our policy in this area, and Help:Referencing for beginners which should help you out. And you might want to take a look at Wikipedia:Assume good faith while you're about it. Regards. KJP1 (talk) 18:43, 26 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Standtall78: your draft was published some days back; did you still have a questions? MatthewVanitas (talk) 03:12, 27 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@MatthewVanitas: thanks. But when I googled the name, it doesn't come up, I only see other links that said the article was deleted. A user helped me moved it from multiple places I mistakenly put it, now it it not showing online except one has the link. How can this be rectified? Thanks.
Standtall78 - Not to stand on Matthew's heels, but pages aren't immediately indexed on google when they are created. first they need to be accepted via the New page patrollers, and then, google's robots don't find things immediately. He will eventually show on Wikipedia. Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 09:29, 27 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
P.S. - I have patrolled the article for you. Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 09:33, 27 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
