How do I save a "draft" and find it later to continue working on it??? logged out and I could figure out how to return to my draft. I had to backtrack with the browser until it came up... I thought maybe I could bookmark it but that can't be right. I logged out and log back and I could find anything.. Please help. Ricobernabe03 (talk) 00:56, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Upwurrder, I have cleaned up the reference errors for you. What you need to do now do is find sources that discuss Ptacnik in some detail. Look for restaurant reviews and other articles in mainstream media such as major newspapers or magazines. So far all you've said is that this guy exists and he is a chef at this restaurant. What you need to do is tell what makes him more interesting than the millions of unknown chefs at millions of restaurants all over the world, or in other words, what's so special about this guy that Wikipedia should be bothered to have an article about him? One example - you said he is "award winning" but have not told us what awards he won. If you can find some personal detail about him that would also help improve the draft - when and where was he born, where was he educated, where and when did he train as a chef, has he worked at other restaurants, etc... Hi, I am working on this page:

I included lots of secondary sources, but it was still rejected. I'm trying to pinpoint what I should remove to get it accepted? Maybe the information about his children (I am one of his children) -- I didn't have a source for that (except my life experience).

In terms of notability, I thought I made that clear in the discussion of SDI.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Julia,

The last three books references are independent and probably reliable. But they do not have substantial information on your subject. Austin David (born March 21, 1983) is an American amateur wrestler and martial artist originally from Locust Grove, Oklahoma. Credentials include; 2X Oklahoma state placer and 1X Oklahoma Heavy Weight state champion. Attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga winning the Southern Conference Wrestling championship and becoming an NCAA I qualifier. In 2003 transferred to the University of Oklahoma and competed in the 197lbs and HWT division. In his senior year Austin finished in the top 8 at the University National championships becoming an All-American. Austin has competed in four prize fighting Boxing matches winning 3 by TKO and 1 via unanimous decision. Also holds a record of 1 – 1 in professional MMA and Holds No-Gi submission grappling record or 9 -1

Hello,

I requested a re-review 10 days ago and haven't heard back from the editor. You probably have access to my lengthy explanation (addressing issue of notability and references), so in this follow-up I'll just toss out one "notability" fact. Francis F. Lee won a Technical Achievement Emmy Award (1984) for a breakthrough invention he designed and sold through the company he founded, Lexicon; the invention's ability to stretch or compress audio became known in the TV and music industry as "lexiconning."

HI - I'm a first time editor and have just had my submission rejected due to there not being enough cited verification. However where it is very confusing is that this is for a noted singer/songwriter from Australia. I've included her discography and many of the names noted on the bio and in the Discography as collaborators or support musicians etc already have their own Wikipedia pages, and the CD's she's created are also by a very long standing top indie publisher. So - how exactly does one go beyond that for referencing. Very confused, thanks for any help available.

@MariaCarlton: The problem is that there are no references at all on Draft:Ingrid James. We need to know where you got your information from. We look for writings from independent people. Apart from Industry Reviews, how else does one verify that an album is created and launched? I am an independent writer and I'd like to work out how best to tackle this - newspapers and magazines are hard pressed to write reviews of performers and album releases these days, so it must be there are other ways to reference a performing artist who arguably has had a prestigious career so far. I've noticed through the researching of Wikipedia for this task that even some Australian ARIA award winners are also missing off the pages of Wikipedia, so they must have the same issues?

Websites or podcasts, TV shows or preserved radio programs can also be suitable. Though web sites used to show notability have to be independent of the artist or album, ie not selling it or written by their publicity people. The source also has to be substantial, ie not just a passing mention. Facts can also be derived from sources connected with the subject, but alone these are not sufficient to show notability.
