I would like to include the mathematical formula for the Shkarofsky Function in the body of this article, but I realize that I have no idea how to make the formula appear as it is written.

Try looking at Help:Displaying a formula and see if that helps. Arthur goes shopping (talk) 10:20, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Have I submitted my latest article Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Lookout Emergency Aid Society correctly and is it now being reviewed? MMcQuillan (talk) 16:12, 1 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

No. If clicking the green Submit button doesn't work, try adding {{subst:submit}} at the top. Arthur goes shopping (talk) 16:23, 1 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, dear all, I now have reworked the article. Where can I resubmit it? I unfortunately lost the buttom :-( Thank you so much. Sincerestly, Joanna--Joanna at EVP (talk) 22:07, 1 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You've  Done it. Bellerophon talk to me 09:52, 3 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This isn't my first time making articles, but this is the first time I've used AfC. It's been a few weeks since I've put up my draft to be reviewed, but I do understand that there's a backlog. My article is about an artist and I just now noticed that many AfCs of artists are titled "Artist's Name (artist)". I didn't think of doing that since "Dean Mosher" isn't a common name and I'm wondering if that's making my article not getting noticed as fast as it could be noticed. Should I be doing the same thing with my article? And if I do so (change the article's title, and therefore the Wikipedia AfC page), will that knock my article back in the queue? -WarthogDemon 23:22, 1 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You're absolutely correct, because there are no other Dean Moshers on Wikipedia there's no need for an additional description. Unfortunately the reviewers at AfC are all volunteers, but they are trying as hard as they can to review the waiting articles. The backlog is unavoidable.
