  • March 23 - Preliminary conversation between Turnitin Chief Operating Officer and Ocaasi. Discussed general background and concept.
  • March 30 - Conversation between Turnitin Vice President of Marketing and Ocaasi. Discussed objections, attribution, and next steps.
  • May 16 - Conference call between key editors and Turnitin officials
  • May 25 - Turnitin provides memo confirming interest
  • July 14 - Wikimania meetings with Legal and Community departments
