  • by exchange with Emperor Ferdinand II,  ⇔  from an exchange with Emperor... or by exchange from Emperor...

"from an exchange with Emperor" would fit best

  • since 1643  ⇔  from 1643

"since 1643"

I am not that fit with English comma rules, but I think it would be more legible with commas.

  • What to do with the not working links? I would prefer to link only to the House of Esterházy instead of having some broken links on the page. Another possibilty is to remove the link completely, or we change the names in the Esterhazy-Article. -- JH
I fixed the links by inserting the html codes for the brackets.
  • The part It was a big order for three masters of the Kaisersteinbruch: Ambrosius Petruzzy, Pietro Maino Maderno, and Mathias Lorentisch. Kaiserstein was used for the main portals, fountains, cannonballs, etc. The delivery of the prepared stones was performed with huge stone waggons by six oxen. looks really weird/uncomplete in the german original, but i think you translated it good.
Thank you! ;-)
