Would someone please check the 2nd paragraph, the parenthetical section - I wasn't sure how maledettista should be used there (I chose 'laissez faire' as a neutral phrase. SkierRMH 20:44, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hi! 'Maledettista' comes from 'maledettismo', a sort of decadent and pessimistic way of thinking typical of French poets (Id Est Baudelaire.) It's not easy to translate literally but, since Maledetto in English would be Damned, and Baudelaire is widly recognised as the damned, I translated according to it. Also, I slightly adjusted some words according to a better translation from the Italian meaning (I hope you don't mind!). 13unny 22:36, 20 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
