Requesting deletion of unused templates as discussed recently at the aircraft engine task force. These templates contain no blue links apart from aeroengines (sic) in the title apart from Template:Siemens-Schuckert/Bramo which is redundant to three other templates. It is thought that due to lack of references and low notability articles on the companies and engines contained within the templates are unlikely to be written. Sole author has left the project. Many thanks. Nimbus (Cumulus nimbus floats by) 11:08, 15 August 2014 (UTC)

These templates contain no blue links apart from aeroengines (sic) in the title, it is thought that due to lack of references and low notability articles on the companies and engines contained within the templates are unlikely to be written. Sole author has left the project. There are nine more templates to be nominated that are not included in this entry due to a technical limitation of the 'tfd2' template. Many thanks. Delete. Unused and unnecessary - all the winners of this award are listed in a single template, so there's no need for a footer to navigate between multiple templates. Footer template can be recreated if the single template is ever split. DH85868993 (talk) 08:52, 15 August 2014 (UTC)

Redundant to {{error messages}}. — Keφr 07:21, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
Merge into Template:Error messages. Yellow Light of Death, Purple Diagnostics Screen, and Green Screen of Death aren't in Error Messages (Red Screen of Death redirects you to a portion of BSoD, so I don't think that's important) but are still useful. I'm tempted to go WP:BOLD and add them right now, since they're pretty important. Supernerd11 Firemind ^_^ Pokedex 15:58, 15 August 2014 (UTC)- No, they are not that important. Green Screen of Death does not look like it is going to have its own article. PlayStation 3#Questions regarding reliability (where Yellow Light of Death redirects) and VMware ESX#Purple diagnostic screen are just tiny sections in their respective articles; they seem fairly minor. I am tempted to go WP:BOLD and remove "Sad Mac" for similar reasons. — Keφr 17:27, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
- If there's some degree of importance (i.e. a reader would find relevant information in another page), shouldn't that be included, even if it's not important enough to have its own page? Since these are all directly related to the links in Template:Error messages, they should still stay. Supernerd11 Firemind ^_^ Pokedex 02:30, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
- Adding a navbox to a page just because it has a tiny section which happens to be tangentially related to the navbox's topic would be giving WP:UNDUE weight to that section. Conversely, error messages found in {{error messages}} are included there because they are particularly well-known; not being notable enough to have their own articles suggests these three are not. Also, WP:NAV implies that navboxes ought to navigate between articles, not sections. — Keφr 07:39, 16 August 2014 (UTC)

- Merge per nom. These are just fatal error messages, a type of error message. Note, a merge does not mean it needs to be a complete merge, nor does it mean it needs it's own line. -- 65.94.169.222 (talk) 03:58, 16 August 2014 (UTC)

Delete. Unused and doesn't actually contain info about/links to episodes of The Dumping Ground. DH85868993 (talk) 05:24, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
- Delete, has no foreseeable purpose (and definitely doesn't now, just using a standard navbox would be a lot better). Supernerd11 Firemind ^_^ Pokedex 06:00, 15 August 2014 (UTC)

- Template:Reflsit (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)
Delete - Unused. My guess is that someone accidentally typed {{reflsit}} instead of {{reflist}} and then edited {{reflsit}} to contain the desired reference. I considered the idea of redirecting {{reflsit}} to {{reflist}}, so that if people accidentally type {{reflsit}} in the future, they will get the {{reflist}} they desire, but I think there are bots which go around adding missing {{reflist}}s, so then you would end up with duplicate reference lists, which would be undesirable. DH85868993 (talk) 02:09, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
- Delete as is, but it shouldn't be too hard to change the bots that fill in reflists to make exceptions for reflsits, in which case a redirect would be good. Supernerd11 Firemind ^_^ Pokedex 03:29, 15 August 2014 (UTC)

- Template:MTG video games (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)
- Template:Magic: The Gathering (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)
Propose merging Template:MTG video games with Template:Magic: The Gathering.
Template:MTG video games is a single row of, as the name suggests, video games about Magic: The Gathering. Putting this towards the bottom of the master navbox would keep them all together, without being too bulky. Supernerd11 Firemind ^_^ Pokedex 00:51, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
