Template:Future TV show (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

Created by User:Doracake specifically for Dokidoki! PreCure, which the creator put also put in. No other upcoming television show uses this template. WP:NODISCLAIMERS. Cyan Gardevoir (used EDIT!) 23:27, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment - The template I put was to warn the editors who add too much information that can't be sourced about these articles, and categories don't really matter, unless there are other usable existed templates I didn't know . --Doracake (talk) 18:40, 20 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
That would fall under WP:V, which applies to every article. --StarcheerspeaksnewslostwarsTalk to me 01:35, 21 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Cr-PPL (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

Essentially a word-for-word copy of the Lahore Lions article, in the template namespace. Unused. SuperMarioMan 20:26, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Fastest trains in India (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

Not a suitable template and it is transcluded in the Express trains in India article, which is a good place for the info. The contents of the template will need copying before deletion. -- Alan Liefting (talk - contribs) 19:43, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was Speedy delete — obvious test page, article in non-article space, and spam. Non-admin closure. Ten Pound Hammer(What did I screw up now?) 09:01, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Zuidtangent (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

Just hard-coded text, used only once. This sort of extra layer in content impedes maintenance without any benefit, so the template should be substed and deleted BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 11:17, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Taxbracket (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

Unused template, which seems too specialised to be likely to be used. It is categorised only in [[:Category:|Netherlands templates]], so it may once have been used in some Netherlands-related article. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 11:14, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Unused templates, redundant to {{Data Netherlands}}. (Both of these are just hardcoded instances of {{Data Netherlands}}). BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 11:05, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

None of these are being used on any page. All of their functionality can be replicated by Template:Canadian party colour. There is no reason to keep them for subsitution because the contents of the templates are shorter than the template names. There is no reason to keep them for their histories because they have had few-to-no edits and few-to-no mentions on talk pages. —Arctic Gnome (talkcontribs) 07:42, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I've had 89 of these shortname templates deleted through speedy deletion over the last couple months, but a few deletion requests were declined, so I'm bringing the rest of them here. None of these are being used on any page. All of their functionality can be replicated by Template:Canadian party colour.
