Delete, speedy if possible. I don't normally read TFD so I don't know if you see a lot of nominations here as explicitly useless as this, but it seems quite silly to me to have to go through a discussion process to delete 20 incoherent bytes of gibberish simply because it has the Template: prefix. The function of these templates have now been fully integrated into {{convert}}. Back in September 2009 the other automotive conversion templates were deleted, however, these were retained because at the time their functionality could not be emulated using {{convert}}.
