The result of the discussion was Keep. There is a clear guideline that categories, lists and navboxes are complementary to one another, not conflicting alternatives. While there is established precedent for deleting navboxes that are extremely large or so poorly defined that they could grow indefinitely, the scope of this template is within the boundaries of what is normally accepted. Therefore, I have given little weight to arguments that this template should be deleted in favor of a list or category, which is the primary deletion argument in the discussion.
