Wikipedia:Statement of relevance for See also items

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It is not always clear how an article listed under the 'see also' section is relevant to the article in question. This can a) hinder a user in search of relevant information and b) lead to dispute regarding the relevance of an article. I'd like to suggest a guideline to be added to Wikipedia:Guide_to_layout#See_also that recommends the addition of a short sentence describing the relation between an article and an item listed in its 'see also' section. --Seans Potato Business 20:42, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
