All parties should sign below, indicating that they agree to mediate the issue. If any party fails to sign, or if a party indicates they do not agree, then the mediation will be rejected.

Decision of the Mediation Committee

[edit]
  • Accept: I have a small concern that the parties may be expecting more from mediation than we can offer; the issues are phrased in a way that suggests they are looking for a binding decision from someone else. Mediators don't make such decisions; we help parties come to an agreement about such questions. As long as the parties are aware that the mediator will not be issuing a judgment, we should be fine.
