  - @Anthony Appleyard: The content of 681 AD: The Glory of Khan was cut & paste into Aszparuh on 20 July 2012, prior versions of Aszparuh are effectively a different article. Not done Icefields Parkway to Alberta Highway 93 (asked for by {{histmerge}}) This is not a single total cut-and-paste, but a text-merge made at this edit. The greater part of the text was copied in at this previous edit from somewhere unknown (where from?). @117Avenue: Anthony Appleyard (talk) 04:45, 29 June 2016 (UTC)
- @Anthony Appleyard: I would have considered histmerging this. It is technically feasible, it's just slightly unusual because normally cut/paste content goes in first and is then expanded whereas this is vice versa. Graham87, thoughts? Jenks24 (talk) 10:14, 29 June 2016 (UTC)
- @Jenks24: To me, if someone copied page X's contents into page Y, and then blanked or redirected X, that is a single complete cut-and-paste move from X to Y and a good candidate for history-merge. But if I history-merged as asked here, the combined history would look as if users had set up and edited a page about Icefields Parkway, then blanked all that matter and replaced it by an article about the other parts of Alberta Highway 93 and edited it for a while, then later re-inserted the Icefields Parkway matter; but that is not what happened in reality. This time, the edit history will have to be explained in a history note section in Talk:Alberta Highway 93. Sorry. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 11:26, 29 June 2016 (UTC)
- @Anthony Appleyard: The agreed upon decision was to move Icefields Parkway to Alberta Highway 93, then expand upon it. However, MuzikMachine, who has made cut-and-paste moves before, created the 2nd article first. I am trying to correct his mistake, and move the article properly. In my opinion, Icefields Parkway to Alberta Highway 93 is the same article, which has been expanded and moved, and the page history should reflect this. If I had reverted MuzikMachine's creation of Alberta Highway 93 (because it is disruptive editing creating duplicate articles), then requested a CSD G6 move, would it have been rejected? Also, why didn't you delete Talk:Alberta Highway 93/Archive 1? There's nothing there that needs to be saved. 117Avenue (talk) 18:46, 29 June 2016 (UTC)

Miracles in December (Exo song) started as a new start from a stub; afterwards there may have been several partial copy-and-pastes into it from other pages (or from elsewhere on the WWW). Miracles in December (song) was text-merged into Miracles in December at 23:30, 16 February 2015. Miracles in December and Miracles in December (Exo song) are both still text articles, on the same subject, and one of them will have to be redirected to the other.
