Looks good, but you should add WP:categories, try to associate it with some WP:wikiprojects (Example, and possibly add one more reference. ~ QwerpQwertus Talk 03:52, 27 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Lourdes Libres Rosaroso (born Feb. 11, 1935) is a popular Cebuano radio broadcaster in the Philippines. A lawyer and a doctor and also owner of the St. Paul Colleges Foundation Inc. with branches in different parts of Metro Cebu, was popular for her program “Kini ang Akong Suliran (This Is My Problem)”.

  • I think you did a great job on the Lourdes Libres Rosaroso article. Clearly notable, supported through reliable sources. My feedback at this point would be to expand the article with information on her early life; educational background; and different aspects of her legal, medical, and philanthropic background. Information surrounding her death and legacy may also be interesting. Great job! Cindamuse (talk) 14:27, 15 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I am new to Wikipedia and this is my first article so any general feedback would be greatly appreciated about the article. Thank you!

Sustainablewino (talk) 03:47, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • In my opinion, there is some valuable information in the article you have written. Unfortunately, at this point, the Cork ReHarvest organization lacks clear notability, established through significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. The content is highly promotional. That said, I think some of the information that you have included in the article could be appropriately added to the Cork (material) article. You might want to transclude the information from the Cork forests section and add that to the Cork (material) article, using the appropriate references from the Cork ReHarvest article. Have fun with it and don't let the process discourage you. Cindamuse (talk) 14:45, 15 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Just wondering how this looks in general. Thanks!

Kickthebcket (talk) 05:14, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is a new article. Please edit and remove the "This page is a new unreviewed article." tag. Thanks. Mac John Concord (talk) 05:18, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comprehensive article, well supported with reliable references to support notability. Shipherd appears to have been an interesting person. The article is a great addition to Wikipedia. Great job! I'll do a quick copyedit and remove the unreviewed template. Cindamuse (talk) 14:57, 15 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please can this new article be checked and made final? Hannahbeesley (talk) 11:06, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • At this point, the primary issue that needs addressing focuses on inline citations. The article includes a list of references and external links, but the sources remain unclear. Notability is established through significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. The article's lead section needs to summarize the article's content and present why the subject is notable for inclusion on Wikipedia. This section currently does not indicate the notability of the subject beyond that of other designers. The specific notability criteria can be found at WP:ARTIST. The article needs to provide content, supported by reliable sources, that the subject meets one of the five criteria. The fifth criteria provides a link to information on the notability of academics. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact me. Cindamuse (talk) 18:02, 15 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Can this new article be reviewed and made final?

How do i publish this article?

Artlinkuk (talk) 12:59, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'm new to this too and went in circles trying to figure it out. Turns out it's really quite easy. You use the "move" function found at the top of your page (next to View History and the Star- click on the down-arrow/triangle for the move command. You just need to take the "User:Artlinkuk/" part of the title out and it renames it to a live article. You have no references in the article though, so you may consider working on it before going live. Here's a helpful link to citation templates that also tells you how to make a reflist work: http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_templates Good luck! I'd love for someone to read this and make sure this is appropriate and acceptable for Wikipedia. Thanks!

I would like to post this article to the mainspace. Please assist. Thank you.

This is my first article on Wikipedia. Any comments and suggestions most welcome

Dbarge (talk) 15:38, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is my first wiki-page. I decided to make it about a not-for-profit company i know about. I tried to make it as objective as possible with thorough sources.

Please let me know if it is up to the quality standards of Wikipedia or if there are any ways i can improve the article

Thanks! MTron73 (talk) 17:39, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've written a profile of Michael Ungar PhD, a sociologist, social worker and author.

Lolaaugustine (talk) 18:26, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is a new wiki article and I have sources (see external links), but am unsure how to add those references without adding superfluous information.

CharlesMs (talk) 18:54, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is the profile of NY's pro wrestling Hardcore legend, Lowlife Louie Ramos who has battled the likes of Terry Funk, Raven, Abdullah the Butcher, Ian Rotten, Homicide, and many more.

KingBloodFire (talk) 19:45, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That's a very well-written article, well done. I can't really suggest any improvements really; you seem to have done an excellent job with the references and formatting of the article. Chevymontecarlo - alt 14:07, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Created this article with bare-bones information regarding the website. The Alexa reference shows it's a popular website and if you google any non-famous person, chances are results from Pipl will show up.

I'm looking to expand the content to include reviews of the website's service from independent sources (Cnet, Wired, etc. if they exist).

Udeezy (talk) 20:06, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Can you please provide a link to the article that actually works, please, as I can't seem to find it anywhere, even after searching. Thank you. Chevymontecarlo - alt 14:05, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Thanks for giving me some feedback about this page about the Boston University Center for Philosophy and History of Science. I have written all of this article's content, searched sources and moved it from my user's space to Wikipedia.

Yannbd (talk) 20:45, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Nice article! I can't really suggest any improvements really, except maybe just read it through and look for obvious mistakes or dodgy sentences, perhaps, but other than that I think it's okay. Chevymontecarlo - alt 14:02, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is an article about the company SSA & Company that I have created in my userspace. I would simply like any feedback regarding whether it was written objectively before I post it in mainspace.

Acceberg (talk) 20:49, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Try and add some names to the web references, like this:
<ref>[http://www.example.com|This is where the reference name goes.]</ref>

Also, please don't use Wikipedia as a place to post company news. That is considered un-encyclopedic and therefore not suitable for Wikipedia, so please remove it. Chevymontecarlo - alt 13:58, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is an article written about Scott Miller, who is the CEO of SSA & Company. I would like some feedback regarding sources/objectivity before I post this in mainspace.

Acceberg (talk) 20:51, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Consider adding some sections, perhaps an infobox, and finally try and add some names to the references, like this:
<ref>[http://www.example.com|Reference name goes here!]</ref>

Hope this is useful. Chevymontecarlo 06:06, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is an article about Dave Fuente, who is the Chairman of SSA & Company. I would like some feedback regarding sources used and objectivity before I post this in mainspace.

Acceberg (talk) 20:52, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Try and add some names to those web references, like this:
<ref>[http://www.example.com|Reference name goes here!]</ref>

Also, consider adding sections to the article as well as maybe an infobox. Thanks. Chevymontecarlo 06:04, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Wikiworld. I've created a biography and I'm looking for feedback. I'm still relatively new and editing sporadically. I know in particular living people articles have to adhere to strict guidelines and I want to make sure I've done it right. Thanks for looking! ErinNik (talk) 21:22, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's a very good article, but you need to be careful with the promotional tone of this article; it's not supposed to sound like an advertisement for this guy to show how great he is - it's supposed to just give information strictly. Hope this helps in some way. Chevymontecarlo 06:02, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks so much for taking time to review the article. I do not know the man but was intrigued when I read about one of the projects he contributed to. If you have the time/desire, can you help me determine where the article needs toning down? I know the opening sounds somewhat promotional, but I have sources stating all of those things and wanted to establish his notability - I've seen lots of articles speedily deleted for lack of notability. The other are I suspect might be the awards, but I tried to limit the coverage to the facts (when, who awarded it, what award, and a definition of what the award is). In a former life I was in marketing so I know I naturally have a hard time with "disinterested tone" without trying really really hard (and lots of editing and reediting)! Again, thanks so much for your feedback. I worked hard on the article and appreciate your effort to help make it a good contribution to wikipedia. ErinNik (talk) 20:20, 30 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for letting me know about this new message - I answer a lot of requests here so I can loose track of things ;-) I do actually thing the article needs shortening, if I'm honest, as it's a pretty long bio article. Chevymontecarlo 19:39, 31 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I just wanted to have this article reviewed before I post it up. thank you for your help

Junjoon (talk) 21:37, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Consider adding an infobox, but also you need to try and use inline citations to help display your references correctly. You can then add names to the references, like this:
<ref>[http://www.example.com|Reference name goes here!]</ref>

Instead of using bullet points in the opening section, try and rewrite it in full sentences, as this is the preferred way of writing opening sections on Wikipedia. Also, be careful with the tone and language style of the article - Wikipedia pages are supposed to be neutral in tone and not sound like an advertisement for the company. Chevymontecarlo 05:59, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like some general notes on if i'm on the right track with this article. Thank you very much.

Highoctane1 (talk) 23:09, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Consider adding an infobox, some sections, and some names to the references, like this:
<ref>[http://www.example.com|Reference name goes here!]</ref>

Also, try and add some links to other Wikipedia articles. For example, [[Loughborough]] creates a link to the Loughborough article. I hope all of this is useful, and I will try and make a few improvements here and there to the article if that's okay. Chevymontecarlo 05:51, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Amargolina (talk) 23:10, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not make multiple requests for the same article, unless you have made major changes/improvements since the first request. Thank you. Chevymontecarlo 05:49, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It is my first attempt to post an article there. I believe I followed guidelines. I will appreciate any feedback. Amargolina (talk) 23:16, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You might want to consider adding an infobox to the article, as well as some web references if you can; at the moment you've just got references from printed sources so it's best to have a varied range of sources from different mediums. Finally, consider breaking the sections up further, into paragraphs. Chevymontecarlo 05:47, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
