How does HQ Trivia make money?[edit]

Beyond seeking money from investors, how does HQ Trivia make money? I am unclear how the business model is sustainable because it seems like all they do is give money out to people with investor's money. How does HQ Trivia (seek to) make a profit? Are they building up towards showing ads or doing product placement?--2601:642:C301:119A:2D4A:AEFD:D969:B244 (talk) 01:26, 12 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I've never heard of the app before in my life, but a simple search for 'hq trivia money' finds [1] [2] [3] which seem to confirm that yes they are currently basically not making any money other than what investors give them and just spending and giving away investor money with the goal to eventually find a way to monetise. (As with a number of a few tech startups. And even many of those which do have some revenue streams are often not making a profit e.g. Amazon for a lot of it's early life although at least they had an apparent path to it unlike most of the general online or app service ones.) The last ref and [4] suggest at the current time, interstitial ads i.e. in between questions aren't planned. As our article and [5], for a while they weren't necessarily always giving away money for prizes although that seems to have changed. In any case per [6] and the earlier sources, they don't seem to be having problems getting investors at the moment. They may also be getting free TV ads [7] (I mean actual ads, not 'news' stories which are almost ads). Nil Einne (talk) 04:34, 12 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Parallel Bars Exercise[edit]

Does anyone know the name of the parallel bars routine where the gymnast will start with their legs out at the front, parallel to the ground, and will then swing them around themselves in a continuing circle above the bars, having to lift one hand at a time off the respective bar to allow their legs to pass through? Can this be done on parallette bars? 90.203.76.80 (talk) 22:57, 12 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You see this more on the pommel horse, where it appears it is called a "circle".[8][9] Clarityfiend (talk) 23:11, 12 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
