[edit]passing out parade 6/12/2013
[edit]I would like to purchase a copy of the above passing out parade which my grandson was in, could you please tell me who to contact. — Preceding unsigned comment added by John bradshaw61 (talk • contribs) 13:04, 13 December 2013 (UTC)
- Assuming this was a military passing out parade, which country's military are you asking about? which service: Army/Navy/Air force/etc? which unit? where was it? In short you need to provide a lot more information than just the date, before we can have any chance of helping you. Astronaut (talk) 13:30, 13 December 2013 (UTC)
- Making the default assumptions, this is the official (but non-too-professional, if I may comment) video of this year's ceremony at West Point. Tevildo (talk) 13:43, 13 December 2013 (UTC)
- Although if it was West Point, wouldn't Mr Bradshaw have quoted the date in the American format (unless he's asking about 12 June 2013)? Alansplodge (talk) 20:09, 13 December 2013 (UTC)

- When I heard "passing out parade" I naturally thought of a Saint Patrick's Day parade. StuRat (talk) 06:14, 14 December 2013 (UTC)
I need an idea of scale. I have not found a size range for diameters. Dlohcierekim 20:45, 13 December 2013 (UTC)
- This paper from ApJ describes how the diameter of a jet may be calculated, and comes up with an estimate of 5.5 parsec for the particular jet in question. I don't know how typical this example is, I'm afraid. Tevildo (talk) 10:43, 15 December 2013 (UTC)
