Strange classroom entrance in The Boy Next Door

In The Boy Next Door, Jennifer Lopez plays a high-school teacher. Repeatedly it appeared that when one entered her classroom, one went directly from outside the building into the classroom. At first I thought that was some sort of blooper resulting from inattention in design of a movie set, but it seemed to appear repeatedly. Is that a standard design for schools in southern California? Some things on the web suggest the classroom scenes were filmed at the Birmingham Community Charter High School, and Google Images shows at least one classroom entrance located outdoors and several pictures show students' lockers on the outside of the building. I went to a grammar school, Field Elementary School, in Plymouth, Michigan, that had such a design: [1]. It was built in the 1970's, which might tend to explain it. Each pair of classrooms shared a door to the outside, with a "bay" where students could be gathered. I suspect that rapid evacuation during a fire and keeping the students together for counting were part of the design criteria. StuRat (talk) 06:18, 5 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This diagram of the school[2] suggests a very open plan, kind of like I've seen in some Florida schools. Those aren't in the upper Midwest, they're in warm climates, where students can go outdoors from classroom to classroom. Outdoor circulation under covered canopies was a common design in southern California in the 1960s, even with lockers outside. It saved a lot of money on corridors and lobbies, but when translated to less benign climates it didn't work so well. I've renovated a couple of schools designed on similar principles in the eastern US and the first order of business was to get all circulation indoors. It's not just TBND that has that layout. It may be the same school used in each series but I recall seeing such a layout in several television shows. There’s a YouTube video of an Italian rockstar in a black outfit, singing near a bunch of white‐robed people who are standing still. At times his singing was filtered with ‘radio’ quality. Not really; are you trying to identify the singer or the kind of processing done to his voice? If you know it's on YouTube, drop us the link and we can try to figure out either of those things. If you watched the video on your current computer or even while signed in as yourself on another computer, YouTube probably has the file somewhere in your history: Google never forgets... Hi!

I'd just like to ask about a list, that used to be available on Wikipedia, but not anymore, entitled: List of films featuring romances of significant age disparity. I was/am especially insterested in the older man/younger woman section. It was very useful, but I can't seem to find it now. Has it been deleted? And if so, is it possible to somehow repost it, or send me the content of that paticular list and section?
