Looking for the name of an actress

[edit]

Can someone figure out what the name of the redhead actress was in Up in Smoke (1978)? Here's a photo of her [1]. I tried clicking through the cast provided at IMDb but didn't have much luck. She was the most prominently featured female cast member but doesn't seem to have gotten prominent billing. 108.54.17.14 (talk) 03:42, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I'm pretty sure it's Zane Buzby as Jade East. --Canley (talk) 04:24, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
A Google image search for Buzby gives credence to that guess since the same image comes up in the search as the OP provided. Dismas|(talk) 07:05, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Bluebell Girls

[edit]

Would it be fair to describe the Bluebell Girls in the 1940s as an English or British dance troupe (rather than French, Irish, international, etc.)? Ericoides (talk) 08:54, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The sources that I've seen suggest that they were selected for attributes other than their nationality. So, although they were based in France, I think it would be safe to call them "international". Ghmyrtle (talk) 09:45, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, Guy. Ericoides (talk) 18:13, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Song about Olivia

[edit]

Posted this in the humanities section by mistake, so will re post it here;

Does anyone know of a song or the artist which had the lines 'Olivia/The world is better with you in it'? It was on youtube but now seems to have been removed, the music video was black and white and was sung by a male. That's about all I can remember, any ideas? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.254.147.68 (talk) 11:03, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Toonstruck

[edit]

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

I have seen a great video of the game "Toonstruck" on YouTube in the year 2010. The name of the video was "Welcome to Toonstruck". I have been looking for this video for years now (I have tried to access the original on YouTube, however, there is no video under http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AaQee2vVXYU anymore). Do you have a tip, how I could find this video? Are there any archives of YouTube videos?

Thank you very much for your help.

All the best.--178.195.94.230 (talk) 20:50, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Does someone remember the song of the video?--178.195.94.230 (talk) 19:51, 4 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Please correct

[edit]

Please correct the photo of Ron Townsend of the musical group "the Fifth Dimension; the photo does not show Ron, but the beautiful actress/model Tamara Dobson. Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.216.73.161 (talk) 23:12, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Where? The Fifth Dimension group photo looks fine, and Ron Townsend doesn't have his own article. Clarityfiend (talk) 00:13, 4 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Actually Ron does have an article here Ronald Townson but the pic there is him and not Tamara. The Arkansas IP may have been messing with us. MarnetteD | Talk 00:24, 4 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Very likely. FYI, there was a Tamara Dobson. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots00:54, 4 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
