Season 1, Episode 1 of Deadly Women[edit]

Does anyone have access to Season 1, Episode 1 of Deadly Women? If so, what (if anything) does it say about Vera Renczi? Yes, Wikipedia has an article about this person, but some have raised concerns about whether this is a real person or a hoax. Our article on Vera Renczi cites Season 1, Episode 1 of Deadly Women. If someone has access to this episode, it might help settle this issue of whether or not this is a hoax. Thanks. A Quest For Knowledge (talk) 00:32, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Game level maps of Sega Genesis games[edit]

Is there a website that totally shows the maps of the levels of Sega Genesis games like Sonic the Hedgehog series?--Donmust90 (talk) 02:14, 12 June 2013 (UTC)Donmust90[reply]

Google is your friend here. Just type in Level Maps with the name of the game. Dismas|(talk) 03:27, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • GameFAQs is a helpful resource. There are individual pages for each game, which often include user-created maps. If you're using Google, you could try searching Google Images directly for a map. --BDD (talk) 20:11, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

There is a credit at the end of the video, don't know if it helps. Sussexonian (talk) 19:45, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

When precisely did Gangnam Style receive it's 1 billionth view?[edit]

When did the viral music video Gangnam Style by Park Jae-sang become the first video to have one billion views precisely to one second? Czech is Cyrillized (talk) 13:30, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

That information is not available. --Viennese Waltz 13:39, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
You may have known this, but the billionth view came at roughly 11am EST on 21 December 2012, according to this article. There's little chance you'll be able to find the precise time, short of perhaps contacting YouTube, though even then you're very unlikely to get an answer. --BDD (talk) 20:09, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you go to the video, at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9bZkp7q19f0, and look beneath it, there is a little icon that looks like a bar chart. Click on it, and it will give you statistics on the video's watchers. It looks like it got a billion hits on or about December 28. Can't give you anything closer than that. RNealK (talk) 05:36, 17 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

December 28 is not correct. I personally remember seeing it hit the billion mark on December 21, and even if you don't trust my memory, that date is also confirmed by text and multiple citations from the article "Gangnam Style"; furthermore, if you search the Internet, you can find plenty of news articles about how it crossed on the same day as the alleged doomsday that never came. —SeekingAnswers (reply) 06:11, 20 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

What about interpolating from known number of views at specific date/times? Czech is Cyrillized (talk) 13:33, 17 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Some questions about female football (soccer) players[edit]

What is the highest level in the English football league system that a female player has competed in (not including the separate womens' football leagues), and who was the player involved? And if this was just a one-off appearance, what's the highest level at which a woman has regularly competed? Or is the 'regular' football league pyramid actually men-only and there are no mixed teams beyond the Sunday league level? Are there any notable female players elsewhere in the world that have played for "men's" football teams? 111.192.136.3 (talk) 13:59, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Women's football has always been separate from men's in England: indeed, between 5 Dec 1921 and 1970, the Football Association banned women from playing football on the grounds of its associates in England! See Women's football in England. --TammyMoet (talk) 15:30, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
See also FA raises mixed football age to under 14s (2012). Alansplodge (talk) 18:59, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, that's very helpful! I'd read the article TammyMoet linked, but I misunderstood the ban to be related to Football League grounds, not to all clubs in the FA system. I definitely didn't expect female players to be banned even at youth level. Does anyone know if there are other countries where the rules are different and female players have played at a relatively high level? (In case my IP has changed, I'm the OP) 111.192.162.147 (talk) 13:57, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not sure on professional (association) football specifically, but there have been some female athletes to play successfully in male professional leagues in other sports, such as Manon Rhéaume and Hayley Wickenheiser (ice hockey), Ann Meyers (basketball) and Eri Yoshida (baseball). --Jayron32 14:07, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
